Όπως φαίνεται έρχονται smartphones με ανάλυση 4K. Στην αρχή ήταν η Samsung που υπαινίχθηκε οθόνες 4K AMOLED για το επερχόμενο Galaxy Note 5. Σήμερα ο προμηθευτής οθονών IGZO από την Ιαπωνία, Sharp ανακοίνωσε την πρώτη οθόνη mobile 5,5-inch with a resolution of 2160×3840 pixels Ultra-HD (4K). 
The screen is scheduled for mass production of 2016, and will carry a resolution density at 806 pixels per inch according to phonearena.com.
The announcement sounds a little crazier in its sequel, as the company αναφέρει την προοπτική constructionof such a device in the near future, where screens will reach 8K (4320×7680), with 16 times more pixels than the old 1080p.
What is also paradoxical in the above announcement is how the company is thinking of powering such a screen... For how long space will a current battery be able to handle 4K or 8K displays?
We hope that battery technology will evolve as fast as ultra-high resolution screens that design manufacturers like Sharp.
