"We are excited to announce that we are offering group video calling for free - to all users on these platforms. And, in the future, group video calling will be allowed for all of our users across multiple platforms - at no cost, ”the company said in a post on blog of today.
In recent years, Microsoft has been offering group video calls to Premium users on the Windows and Mac desktop and more recently on Xbox One. To use group video call capability, based on the old rules, you would have to pay $ 4.99 (€ 3.6) for a day or $ 8,99 (€ 6,5) per month.
Group video calls support the simultaneous connection of up to 10 different desktops, whether PC or Mac, and a maximum of 4 Xbox consoles One.
