The Tails Project is preparing to release tomorrow 15-11-2016 the new live OS Tails 2.7 Final, one live operating system which runs in each computer and leaves no traces either on the machine or on the internet.
This particular functional Tails was used by former NSA employee Edward Snowden to remain hidden on the internet.
New version it incorporates some important new features and changes, among which we can mention the upgrade to Tor Browser 6.0.5.
The new version also contains many other small but useful enhancements, such as firewall and kernel hardening, and support and in languages other than English. We will know more when the official changelog of the new version is released.
