The video does not show a teleportation. In fact, the video has been created with the help of editing, and is part of an ad campaign from a Chinese computer game called Dragon Totem Girl (Zhu Xian 2). The hype on the game shows the main character of having various superpowers (such as teleportation) and helping the world in its everyday life.
Still having doubts? Take a look at the road when it passes truck. You will see the badge logo of the game to briefly appear on the road surface and then miraculously fade away.
