Twitter is now allowing select users using the Vine app to upload video lasting up to 140 seconds.
At present for the common mortals the Twitter supports 30 seconds or shorter videos and Vine users have a six-second limitation.
Additionally, there is a new iOS app called 'Engage' that helps you have your account analyzed. Engage, which is available to everyone, aims to help Twitteri's creative users see detailed real-time metrics so they can listen to and keep their audiences.
As for Vine users who use it to upload videos to Twitter, the six-second duration remains, but they can now "preview" videos for 140 seconds. There is the new button "see more" which extends the duration beyond six seconds. Vine says that the feature is in test phase and plans to gradually expand it widely in the future, in partnership with Twitter.
