Twitter deleted Trump's copyright video

Twitter confirmed it deleted one that President Trump released on Saturday amid copyright complaints.

Linkin Park's song “In the End” was heard on of a video, which included images of President Trump and excerpts from his speeches.

"In accordance with our copyright policy, we respond to valid copyright complaints sent to us by the copyright holder or their authorized representative," a Twitter spokesman said in an email to The Verge on Sunday.

The band wrote on Twitter on Saturday that they had not authorized the use of the song in the video: "Linkin Park does not support Trump."

White House deputy chief of communications staff Dan Scavino released the video Friday afternoon, and of President Trump's Twitter account retweeted it on Saturday.

The retweet is no longer visible on the president's Twitter feed, but Scavino's original tweet is still live from Sunday morning without the video.
