Canonical has announced the release of Ubuntu 16.04.1, the first maintenance update of the latest LTS (long-term support). This version is suitable for users who want to reinstall Ubuntu 16.04 (or any of the official flavors of Ubuntu).
Those of you who are already using Ubuntu 16.04 can get the update through their packet manager.
