Revelations from the United Kingdom (UK): The news of immigrants and refugees have now been included in the daily news of Greek society. We will not follow the "fashion" of the media but we will give a new dimension to the social problem. 
The Guardian newspaper revealed yesterday that officers of the United Kingdom (UK) have carried out hacking on the phones of refugees who have entered the country in the last three years. Many of these people are also victims of torture.
Immigration Minister James Brokenshire told the Guardian that officers "can use the power given to them by law to investigate and prevention serious forms of crime committed by immigrants or for citizenship offences, and have been doing so since 2013.”
Although the above statement sounds pretty convincing to the ears of peaceful citizens, Cristal Amiss, of the Black Women's Rape Action Project, stated:
"These forces are outrageous. Detainees have the right to privacy, to be able to speak privately with their lawyer and to often disclose highly sensitive information, such as details of rape, torture, domestic violence and abuse of power by officials. They need to be able to share personal information without their cell phones being hacked. ”
The UK government is using legislation that has been in existence for the last 20 years to have legal coverage in its actions, which has also been criticized as a use of obsolete legislation aimed at facilitating espionage in 21 century.
