AMD recognized it problem on Twitter that there is a low fan speed and promised to release an updated version today Monday November 30th.
However, until you come out you can use this solution proposed by the community. Specifically, a user has posted an updated patcha on how to change the settings in the driver. This solution is not terribly complicated, but it has the disadvantage that you should make these changes each time you restart.
We also point out that, as it may seem, not all users are affected by the problem. It is a good idea to check if your GPU is too hot.
