Microsoft has just released Windows 10 build 10061 to users subscribed to the rapid updates channel of the Windows Insider program, thus delivering another pre-release with improvements before the congress developer BUILD starting next week.
The Windows 10 build 10061 first appeared through Windows Update on a small number of users last week, but only Microsoft employees were able to download it. Today, the company has made it available to everyone who signs up for Windows Insider's fast updates.
Build 10061 comes with the new updated mail and calendar apps already leaked from build 10056. Both new applications have a much more modern look that is closer to the new UI of the operating system.
In addition, there are several improvements to the Start menu, at line εργασιών, στο κέντρο διαχείρισης,΄και ένα νέο σκοτεινό theme to change the view in Windows. Microsoft currently ships Windows 10 with the dark theme set by default.
There are also several improvements that are not so obvious, but those who use touchscreens will surely notice them. The new operating system can work better with multiple workspaces that allow you to drag open windows from one desktop to another.
As usual, the new build is available via Windows Update. Those who want the ISO for a clean installation θα πρέπει να περιμένουν μέχρι να τα διαθέσει η εταιρεία, κάποια στιγμή αυτό τον μήνα, όταν η νέα έκδοση είναι έτοιμη και για το αργό κανάλι του προγράμματος Windows Insider.
