Windows 10 Build 10147 has been leaked online. The Chinese by clicking here PC Beta seems to be the source of the leaked build.
It is not known what the new version brings, even if the ISO leaked is safe to install. However, it is well known that the closer we get to RTM traffic, there will be no additional features as development focuses on improving performance and debugging.
Build leaked is in English (en-US) and is only for x64 version.
There is currently only one Google link to download. However, due to the overwhelming interest you should be very lucky to download the ISO.
Anyway, plenty will follow mirror links, but also the official release from the program Windows Insiders.
