Windows 10 build 10147 has leaked since yesterday, but today the well-known leaker WZor has released the official release notes sent by Microsoft to its partners. 
As you may remember, Microsoft's Gabe Aul reported that the new builds of Windows 10 will mainly focus on bug fixes and performance improvements. So we should not expect new features.
So in unity "What's new" of the official documentation, Microsoft only states that "there are no new software features in this version." 
But there are some pretty significant changes in build 10147. First up is Microsoft Edge, the new program browsing του Redmond, που αντικαθιστά τον Internet Explorer σαν το προεπιλεγμένο πρόγραμμα περιήγησης στο νέο λειτουργικό σύστημα. (Στα προηγούμενα builds η company ονόμαζε τον browser “Project Spartan”)
H Microsoft φέρεται να επιδιόρθωσε αρκετά σφάλματα σε αυτό το build, και ένα από αυτά αφορά την βελτίωση της upgrade:
“Όταν ο χρήστης αναβαθμίζει από Windows 7, Windows 8 ή Windows 8.1 σε Windows 10, θα είναι πλέον σε θέση να υποβαθμίσει στο προγενέστερο λειτουργικό σύστημα. Πριν από αυτή τη λύση, η παρουσία του Internet Information Services (IIS) απέτρεψε την υποβάθμιση.”
Windows 10 build 10147 is unlikely to be released through Windows Insiders. But we may see a new optimized version very soon if recent rumors turn out to be true.
