Microsoft has just released Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14328 for Insiders with PCs and cell phones which are registered in the Fast ring. This build is just one build newer than the Mobile build released on Wednesday.
For PC, however, this particular build brings a lot of news characteristics and several improvements, such as Windows Ink, updated Start, and more!

As we mentioned above Windows 10 build 14328 was released only for Fast Ring Insiders. This means that they are not released officially pictures ISO.
This build is supposed to be installed via Windows service Update. Below you will find ISO to install Windows 10 build 14328 from scratch if you are interested.
