If you still have doubts about whether Windows 10 build 14393 is the RTM version of the upcoming Anniversary Update, below is the "unofficial" confirmation.
Microsoft has just released another update for Insiders, except that today it did not release a new build but an update for build 14393.
This means that Redmond is trying to fix issues that have been left in this particular build before it's officially released for everyone on August 2.
So Windows 10 build 14.393,3 is available as a cumulative update and was originally released for the Insiders of the fast ring.
It includes small improvements designed to determine the errors reported in recent days. Cumulative Update KB3176925 does not bring new features.
