Microsoft has just released a new Windows 10 preview build as part of the upcoming Redstone 2. This time the build is only available for PC and of course for those registered to the Windows Rider Fast Ring program.
Windows 10 build 14931 does not bring any new features, but seems to focus only on fixes and application updates.
For example, Maps received a major update that allows you to check traffic at home or office at any time by simply tapping the traffic icon on line applications.
"You will see the traffic conditions at home and work and recently uploaded pictures from traffic cameras…” Microsoft says.
In addition, Microsoft emphasizes the recent update of Skype that enables users send and receive SMS messages from Windows 10 PCs if they set Skype as their default messaging app.
Starting with this version, Windows 10 also offers native support for USB Audio 2.0, although Microsoft warns that it is only an early driver application, and some features will still be ignored. For example, there will be no support for recording at the moment, and only playback will work.

Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file in the same folder.
Now right-click the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit back and wait until it's over procedure.
