Windows 10 build 14965 Creators Update: Microsoft has just released a new Windows 10 preview build for Windows insiders registered in the fast ring. The new build brings some new features that are supposed to be in the final version that will be released early in 2017.
The new Windows 10 build 14965, which is a preview of the Creators Update, comes with a virtual touch keyboard that makes it possible for users to move content in a second screen from a tablet, without the need for a mouse. 
All you have to do is connect to another monitor, computer ή TVs, and the new “Show touchpad button” option will immediately appear to enable this feature.
Sticky Notes has also been updated in 1.2.9.0 and comes with many new features, such as Insights support in more languages and regions: German, Spanish, French, Italian, Japanese, and Portuguese.
The new build also brings a lot of bug fixes, according to Dona Sarkar, head of proletterof Windows Insider.

Create ISO:
Download the ESD of the new Windows 10 from the Wzor cloud

Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:

Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place it archive ESD in the same folder.
Now right-click the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit comfortably and wait until the procedure is over.
