Windows 10 build 14971 Creators Update: Microsoft has just released a new build of Windows 10 for fast ring subscribers. The new build is only coming for desktop and not for mobile devices.
The new Windows 10 build 14971 is part of the Creators Update that we will see officially released at the beginning of 2017 and comes with options that allow you to read EPUB electronic books on Microsoft Edge. The browser could already open PDF documents, and Microsoft seems to have added support for EPUB files as well.
New version it comes with Paint 3D pre-installed in a preview version, replacing the default paint program that has been around for years.
Additionally in the new build PowerShell officially replaces the command line (Command Prompt) in the Win + X menu, the File menu of File Explorer, as well as the context menu.
Finally Microsoft added the Get Office version 2.0 application that is supposed to make it easier for users to buy Office.

Create ISO:
Download the ESD of the new Windows 10 from the Wzor cloud

Then download ESD Decrypter from the following link:
Export the ESD Decrypter to any folder and place the ESD file in the same folder.
Now right-click the decrypt.cmd file and run it as an administrator. 
When the blue window opens, type 1 and press enter to start ISO creation.
Sit comfortably and wait until the procedure is over.
