Windows 10 build 16232 with Exploit Protection

build 16232: Microsoft released another build of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, with tons of improvements and new security features.

Windows 10 build 16232 comes with many security enhancements, such as will now use the Application Guard.Windows 10

"Once enabled, data such as your favorites, cookies and saved passwords will be protected by the Application Guard."

But the remarkable new feature is Exploit Protection. The purpose of this is to prevent attacks even when no updates are available. The new feature seems to be particularly useful in the case of zero-day.

(* zero-day is called the vulnerability that has not been repaired.)

This feature is available without Windows Defender Antivirus, and you can find it on the following path:

Windows Defender Security Center> App & browser control> Exploit Protection.

Next great security feature:

Windows 10 Controlled access

There is also a new feature called it Controlled folder access. You can find it at of Windows Defender Antivirus. The new feature prevents applications, as well as threats such as ransomware, from modifying your files and folders.

As mentioned above, you can manually configure the applications that can access your folders. Windows system folders are protected by default.

Of course we don't recommend installing Insiders builds on PCs you use for it your. If you want to learn more dor the official announcement.
