The new Windows 10 build 17763 includes the following fixes and enhancements:
Fixed an issue for Flash on Microsoft Edge.
Fixed an issue where thumbnails and icons it may not appear if there are video files stored on the desktop.
Fixed a problem where some Bluetooth audio devices did not have audio in applications that also use the microphone.
Fixed an issue that led to increased battery usage in specific applications like OneNote.
Fixed a problem in PowerShell where the characters in Japanese did not appear correctly.
Build 17763 still has two known issues:
Ο Task Manager it does not report exact CPU usage.
Arrows to open it background processes in Task Manager are constantly flashing strangely.
