Along with the new Start menu update, the latest version of Windows 10 includes some major changes to Alt-Tab.
"Starting with the current version, all tabs that open in Microsoft Edge will start appearing with Alt-Tab," says Microsoft. It seems like a change that may confuse Windows users a bit, but Microsoft will allow you to not use the Alt-Tab feature.
Microsoft experimented with many changes to Alt-Tab in earlier versions of Windows 10 when it planned to add tabs to each application.
There will likely be a lot of feedback from users about the new Alt-Tab in the near future, especially if Microsoft plans to enable the feature upfront.choice in the next major Windows 10 update that will be released later in 2020.
