Today Microsoft released a new version of Windows 10 with Build 9879. Unlike the previous preview version, this build features pictures ISO to perform a clean install.
You can of course upgrade directly using its Settings computer (via Windows Update), if of course you already have Windows 10 installed.

Windows 10 Build 9879 seems to be coming with notable changes:
(What we are missing from the announcement with the new features that this version brings are the big changes to the system and not the UI functions).
- Ability to hide Search and Task View from the taskbar.
- Ability to "pin" any desired item in the Home folder.
- New size in tiles
- New multi-touch gestures on trackpads:
Three fingers up: Opens Task View
Three fingers down: displays Desktop
Three fingers flip left or right: Switch between open applications
Three fingers move left or right: Alt-Tab to show and lets you highlight and select the application you want
Three Fingers Tap: Search - New minimize and restore animations
- More Metro-style images on the surface work.
- The standalone OneDrive app will be retired and OneDrive will be integrated into File Explorer with Selective Sync.
- New battery indicator.
- Improvements to multi-screen support.
- Improvements to MKV support.
- New version of Internet Explorer with Edge document mode.
