Microsoft has recently announced that Windows 10 users will soon receive an update containing the "Messaging everywhere" feature.
With this feature, your operating system will allow you to send messages through your mobile from a desktop computer.
The company didn't give any additional information on when we'll see this update, but explained that for starters it will be necessary to have a device with Windows 10 Mobile to enable the feature.
So in the beginning, the new feature will only work for Windows Mobile 10 devices, but from one point on, Microsoft is aiming to extend the feature to Android devices as well.
"Soon we will allow her preview του “Messaging everywhere”, μια δυνατότητα του Windows 10 που σας επιτρέπει να στέλνετε και να λαμβάνετε μηνύματα κειμένου από το τηλέφωνό σας απευθείας από υπολογιστές με Windows 10. Θα δείτε τις επιλογές για αυτό το χαρακτηριστικό στην application messages on your computer, but not for all mobiles. The latest Mobile is required” said Gabe Aul, head of the program Windows Insider.
We expect to see new builds of Windows 10 next week. It remains to be seen if Microsoft manages to complete the feature testing to make the activation of the function.
