As we reported this morning, Microsoft has just started with its availability Windows 10 Mobile, thus allowing Windows Phone devices to upgrade to the new operating system after 12 months of beta testing.
Η company says the upgrade to Windows 10 Mobile for starters is only available on certain devices, but didn't provide a list of supported phones.
The Update Advisor in Windows Store will take care of everything, so all you have to do is download it to your device and see you can get the upgrade.
The app works pretty much like the Get Windows 10 app for PCs. Scans your device for issues compatibility checker and downloads the necessary files for the upgrade.
If your device is not yet supported, do not worry, as the new operating system is in very early stages. The company promises (as usual) that it will support more devices in the coming weeks and months.
As we have mentioned in previous publications, the availability of the new operating system will gradually become available until all Windows Phone models are received.
It's just a matter of time, and if your device is not upgraded, think positively: Windows 10 Mobile is finally here!
