Η Microsoft will soon try a new feature in Windows 10 that could permanently change the way you use your computer. It is one feature which you have already been using for years.
Meet Tabs, or as Microsoft calls them, 'Sets.'
The company is not sure if this name fits the "new" feature, but the idea is to bring the tabs we know from browsers to almost all Windows applications.
Yes, we are talking about a grouping of different apps in a window, like the tabs we know from browsers.

The new Sets feature could help you keep apps related to some team applications that have specific tasks, projects or ideas and not just open in windows that you have to change constantly.
In documents, for example, you could theoretically combine a PDF reader, a PowerPoint presentation and all notes in a tabbed window.
Tabs will obviously be more intuitive for the average user. Besides, the organization in tabs is already familiar to us, the way we browse the web and use it in many Web applications.
Basically it's how Chrome OS works, but Microsoft seems to extend this idea to the desktop with applications.
