In yesterday's announcement we mentioned that Microsoft is preparing to release the new Windows 10 Threshold 2 through Windows Update. The company eventually preferred to delay delivery a little for better results, but sources say traffic will not be late.
Living proof is the fact that Windows 10 build 10586, which is actually the upcoming Windows 10 Threshold 2, has just been released for users of the Windows program Slow Ring Insider.
Typically, from what we know up to now, builds are sent to the Slow Ring when Microsoft considers them very stable and reliable, and only after the majority of bugs discovered by Fast Ring users have been fixed. The fact could be a confirmation that Windows 10 Threshold 2 is ready for traffic.
In the past, whenever Microsoft promoted a new build of Windows 10 to the Slow Ring, after a while it also released ISOs, which allow a clean install on all machineshit.
In this case, however, Gabe Aul, head of the Windows Insider program, said the new ISO will be released a little later, most likely when Microsoft releases the new update.
Of course, ISO will be released by afternoon, from unofficial sources (as usual).
Meanwhile, rumors continue to suggest that Microsoft could release Windows 10 Threshold 2 sometime this weekteam, while there are many who stated that the 10th of November is the most likely date when we can see the information.
Others, however, argue that Microsoft will wait a few more days, without really knowing if there is no official announcement.
