Windows 11 23H2 is not showing up on some systems due to the rollout following the Microsoft. The company plans to expand the rollout via Windows Update in the coming weeks, probably when it starts pushing the Windows 11 2023 Update through the Media Creation Tool.
Windows 11 23H2 Update, started its optional availability on October 31st. In theory, you will automatically receive a notification from Windows Update when version 23H2 is available and the “Get the latest updates as they become available” toggle is enabled in the Windows Update settings.
For those in a hurry there is always the solution of manually installing Windows 11 23H2 using Installation Assistant or by downloading Windows 11 ISO files.
If you don't see the update, the best way to upgrade (although we do not recommend it) is through the Installation Assistant:
Download Installation Assistant from official webpage.
Run the app and follow the on-screen instructions.
Once the Setup Assistant is ready, click 'Start' and reboot when prompted.
Your computer will probably restart several times during this process.
Once done, your device will be running Windows 11 23H2.
