Even three months ago, speculations about the next version of Windows, which many have referred to as “Windows 12” were constantly circulating in the community. These rumors were based on an earlier report of hers Microsoft which wants a three-year release rate for each new Windows.
However, reports of Windows 12 have stopped lately due to the conflicting reports and it is believed that Microsoft has made some changes in its plans. There is of course a new version of Windows in development, as confirmed by several companies such as Qualcomm and Intel, but they are probably referring to Windows 11 24H2, which will be the next major information features for Windows 11.
However, that doesn't mean the Windows 12 speculation is unfounded. Reports say Microsoft has changed its roadmap following the departure of former Windows and Surface head Panos Panay. The introduction of the Cloud into the game is another parameter that we should consider. Windows 12 as an idea could be the promotion of Windows as a service by the company.
You will remember that there was a time when the company from Redmond had decided to stop its operating system name changes in Windows 10.
The first such reports surfaced in April 2015, and then a month later, Microsoft itself confirmed at Ignite that the Windows 10 it would be "the latest version of Windows". Apparently that's not the case, as Microsoft announced Windows 11 in June 2021.
With Windows 10, Microsoft has stated that it will update Windows at a faster rate than before, whatever that might mean. The most updates are not necessarily the best solution, if one considers the problems that arise from time to time.
Windows is the most widely used operating system system, and that means it is installed on many different hardware. This in itself makes the company's position difficult, as each update should serve (without errors) each hardware set that is released.
Windows as a Service: Reasons and Controversy
So if the company adopts Windows as a service in the next period, it essentially solves the problem of countless hardware sets, but also the incredible system requirements that it presented us with Windows 11.
Think of a PC in the ancient 32bit architecture plugging in and running Microsoft's state-of-the-art operating system.
The one on the head
His on the head.
The one on the head.
On the head.
Oh! On the head.
1. It's three words.
2. It leans towards the articles.
3. You're never wrong if you know the phrase (not the word)
Be well!
Hi,
A correction...
The word head is inflected.
The right thing is:
"the former head of Windows.."

Thank you. Fixed.
