The German website computerbase.de who posted the screenshots, says it's from the release Window 9 Technical Preview build 9834.
Naturally no one can confirm whether the photos are true or not, as Microsoft is not accustomed to commenting on leaks.

Start Menu and multiple workspaces

The Start Menu, it seems, is already present in build 9834, and features a design that is very similar to what the company itself introduced in BUILD 2014 in April.

The screenshots that they also show the new multiple desktops, with a switcher at the bottom of the screen that apparently allows users to jump between one desktop with at the other.

The alert center is also available in the test build, and promises to keep users informed about what's happening on their computers.
