On March 25, 2021, Microsoft released a new edition of Windows 10 21H1 in the Beta channel with a single update related to printing graphic content in documents.
Shortly after the update, Insiders began reporting problems with the installation. When you try to install Windows 10 build 19043.906 (KB5000842), Windows Update started showing error 0x800f091f.
In the official Windows blog, Microsoft posted an update to the original post, informing users of the problem.
The company said it will release something to fix the problem in an upcoming update. The new fix will be available soon as a cumulative update for Windows 10 21H1, which is in testing in the Windows program Insider.

Microsoft is nearing the final stage of development of the next major Windows 10 update version 21H1 is currently available on all internal channels for validation. As for regular traffic, the announcement will come in a few weeks.
Although it is an "important" update, you should not expect much from the first feature update of 2021. The most important change in Windows 10 21H1 is the support for multiple cameras for Windows Hello.
The lack of new features in Windows 10 21H1 does not mean that Microsoft has given up on the flagship product her. We will see much more changes with the release of Windows 10 in the second half of 2021.
Some of these changes are already available in the Dev Channel. For example, redesigned icons for File Explorer and Windows Settings, improved Interactive desktops, on-screen keyboard improvements and more.
