As we mentioned in previous publication Google now offers a partial version of it serviceς workspace free to every user.
So anyone with a Google Account can use the built-in Workspace platform (formerly known as G Suite) to collaborate with the company's productivity applications.
The service essentially provides a more complete system for the use of Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive and Docs (Docs).
It won't revolutionize your experience, but it will allow you to access Google apps from one central point, rather than having to switch between them. Workspace also brings some extra features like smart suggestions in documents and new rooms conversations "Spaces".
Google said the move "will make it easier for you to stay connected, get organized and achieve more if you are promoting an event, planning a family reunion, or discussing the book of your choice this month."
The company states how you can connect to Chat and how you can set up Workspace:
In gmail , click the Settings icon near the top of the page, and then "View all settings."
Click on "Chat and Meet", then turn on Google Chat.
Finally save the changes.
But if you want one more premium experience, and you're willing to pay for Google's upcoming “Workspace Individual” subscription service, let's see what you can do.
The company says that this service will contain more features such as “smart booking services, video business meetings, personalized email marketing and more.”
Google has not yet revealed the prices of the upcoming service, and says it will be released "soon in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and Japan."
