As we mentioned in previous publication Google now offers a free trial version of Workspace to every user.
So anyone with a Google Account can use the built-in Workspace platform (formerly known as G Suite) to collaborate with the company's productivity applications.
The service essentially provides a more complete system for the use of Gmail, Chat, Calendar, Drive and Docs (Docs).
It won't revolutionize your experience, but it will allow you to access Google apps from one central point, rather than having to switch between them. Workspace also brings some additional features such as smart suggestions in documents and the new “Spaces” chat rooms.
Google said the move "will make it easier for you to stay connected, get organized and achieve more if you are promoting an event, planning a family reunion, or discussing the book of your choice this month."
The company states how you can connect to Chat and how you can set up Workspace:
In gmail , Click on icon Settings near the top of it σελίδαand then “View all settings”.
Click on "Chat and Meet", then turn on Google Chat.
Finally save the changes.
But if you want a more premium experience, and are willing to pay for Google's upcoming "Workspace Individual" subscription service, let's see what you can do.
The company says the service will feature more features such as "smart booking services, business meeting videos, personalized email marketing and more."
Google has not yet revealed the prices of the upcoming service, and says it will be released "soon in the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Australia and Japan."
