Microsoft said that "later this year" it will allow mobile phone calls to be received directly from computers using the Your Phone app. So this functionality will probably first appear in a preview build of Windows 10.
To mention that the new Galaxy Note 10 contains the popular Microsoft e-mail application (Outlook) as well as OneDrive allowing the synchronization of content between phones and computers.
But the Your Phone application is not even that popular in Google Play Store, since it has only amassed 10 million downloads when there are 2,5 billion Android devices.
