The Times: Details of 100.000 stolen credit cards cards from the UK, circulate freely online and sell for less than $2,50 according to an investigation by The Times newspaper.
Stolen cards are usually circulated on Dark Web Instead of Bestvalid, a valid website that is almost as affordable as Amazon.
The website just requires a registration to get access. After registration and access to stolen cards, it also offers help services for unhappy customers.
A reporter for The Times newspaper used Bitcoin to buy a victim's information, in a package that included all the details of a bank account, a card, as well as their mobile phone number and address of.
