A new misleading message began to circulate in Facebook, through friends who probably have no idea what her Terms of Use says services. The message urges all who read it to repost it immediately to protect their data.
The message is a fraud and exploits the fact of modifying the Terms of Service of the popular social network.
Of course, what the "legal advisor" writes does not apply as with your registration, you have already accepted the terms of Facebook.

The message seems to be a bad translation of a corresponding English version that runs parallel. Read the message and avoid filling it Timeline with rubbish.

The message currently on Facebook says:
Due to the fact that Facebook has chosen to involve it software that will allow the theft of my personal information, I (USER NAME) declare the following: this day, September 6, 2014, in response to the new Facebook guidelines and in accordance with articles L.111,112 and 113 of the intellectual property code, declare that my rights are attached to all my personal data, music, drawings, paintings, photographs, andme, etc … that … were posted on my profile. For commercial use of the above, my written consent is needed at any time. Those of you reading this text can copy and paste it on their Facebook wall. This will allow them to come under protection of intellectual property. By this release, I tell Facebook that it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, retransmit or take any other action against me with base this profile and/or its content. The actions listed above apply equally to employees, students, representatives and/or other personnel under the direction of Facebook. My profile content contains personal information. Violation of my privacy is punishable by law (UCC 1 1-308 – 308 1 to 103 and the Rome Statute). Facebook is now an open capital entity. All members are invited to publish an announcement of this kind, or if you prefer, you can copy and paste this text. If they have not published this statement, at least once, they will implicitly allow the use of the elements such as your photos as well as the information contained in your profile update
