Google Play Protect more protection on Android

Play Protect: In an effort to keep Android users safe from malware on their phones, Google has new security features with Play Protect for all run by Google Services 11 and up.

Google reports that it will automatically scan apps from the Play Store installed on your phone to make sure there is no malware.Google Play Protect

For apps with signs or suspicions of malware, it will be possible to exclude or remove them completely from your device.

The service was announced for the first time in May, but is already becoming widely available.

Play Protect uses machine learning, and can detect new ones which have just started to be released (yes even zero-day).

However, if you use apps from other Stores of Google Play, you are still at risk of being hit by a virus.
