GandCrab Ransomware decryption tool: Bitdefender, in cooperation with Europol, the Romanian Police and various other law enforcement agencies, developed and released a free ransomware decryption utility that had files encrypted by version 1, 4 or 5 of the GrandCrab ransomware.
If you are a victim of ransomware, the locked files on your computer will have extensions such as .GDCB, .KRAB or another random extension of ten characters in capital letters.
The malware GrandCrab comes in three known versions (v1, v4 and v5) which are fully supported by Bitdefender's free decryptor.
