Microsoft released new cumulative updates for Windows 10 as part of the cycle Patch Tuesday May 2020, Windows 10 versions being updated are 1903 and 1909.
Both versions can install the same cumulative update, so changelog is exactly the same for both versions of Windows 10.
"Windows 10 in 1903 and 1909 versions have the same operating system kernel and an identical set of system files. So the new features in Windows 10 of version 1909 were included in the recent monthly quality update for Windows 10, version 1903 (released on October 8, 2019), according to Microsoft.
The cumulative update for Windows 10 of 1903 and 1909 is KB4556799 and changes the build number of the operating systems:
Windows 10 version 1903: build number 18362.836
Windows 10 version 1909: build number 18363.836
What's important to know is that the cumulative updates that appear on Patch Tuesday have security fixes that are supposed to resolve vulnerabilities in the operating system.
So many Windows 10 applications and components have updates, such as WSL, Microsoft Edge, Windows Media, Windows Update Stack and more.
