The Start menu it remains one of the Windows features that most desktops use, and Microsoft is well aware of it. So the company is trying to advertise the new menu that will come to Windows 10 at some point.
For now the company wants a Start menu with a modern feel inspired by Windows 10X, its new operating system system targeting dual screen devicess.
Windows 10X has a refreshed environment work, new icons and visual effects that Windows users loved as soon as they saw them. Many have asked Microsoft to adopt the same design in Windows 10.
Some screenshots set communicated Microsoft on Facebook earlier this week gave us an idea of what the new Start menu will look like. As you will see in the image below it looks very much like the Windows 10X menu.
The live tiles remain as you can see although many would like the company to remove them. With a light theme the Start menu looks much cleaner than it currently exists in Windows.
It remains to be seen when it will be released.
