Apple has released an official Chrome extension for Windows and Mac that lets you use passwords stored in iCloud Keychain.
For anyone using Chrome like Browser and iCloud Keychain instead of another password manager, the new extension could make using passwords between Windows and Mac computers much easier.
So if you used him Safari to automatically generate strong passwords on other platforms, they can now be available in Chrome as well.
Passwords created in Chrome on Windows will also be synced with iCloud so that they are available on Apple devices.
The extension is called iCloud Passwords and is available at Chrome Web Store.
