Last week, the Internet was flooded with "news" about Gmail's incredibly useful "undo send" feature. Sorry to bother you but the "new" feature has been known since 2010. But let's see what other goodies are hidden in Gmail.
Below we will describe three features that can make your life easier. Some of them are hidden in the service Google, Gmail Labs. There you will find projects of Gmail which is still under development. Google calls the service "a testing ground for experimental features that are not yet ready for general use." In any case, there are a lot of useful functions.
Unsubscribe
Let's start with the unsend feature. You must first enable the option in Gmail Labs. To get there, do click στο εικονίδιο με το γρανάζι στην επάνω δεξιά γωνία της οθόνης σας. Ready answers
Another feature that can save you time and effort. How many times have you typed the same answer again and again? If you were bothered to write the same yourself, enable the Labs ready answer option.
To create a new reply, open an email and enter the text you want to save as a reply. Click the drop-down arrow next to the recycle bin icon in the lower-right corner and click "New ready answer." Name your ready-made answer with instructions so that it is easy to find when you need it.
You can create and save several different ready answers.
The very good feature of ready answers is that you can create filters with certain keywords so that when a message comes from a particular person you can send a ready answer automated.
Shared calendars
Enable shared calendars for workgroups or family members. You can share your calendar by making it public or exchanging it with specific ones users. To share it with a specific person, click the drop-down arrow on your calendar page and select in Settings, Calendars, Share this calendar. Enter the email address of the person you want and you're good to go.
