3DTouch: Seventy years have passed since the "patenting" of the electronic mouse computer και οι ερευνητές του Πανεπιστημίου του Γουαϊόμινγκ θεωρούν ότι το... ποντικάκι έχει φάει τα «ψωμιά» του.
So they created a "wearer" three-dimensional device that is placed on the user's index finger as a dagger giving him the opportunity to play the computer's function literally on his fingers.
The thimble of the future or 3DTouch has built-in accelerometer and gyroscope, as a result of which it can "read" the movements of the user. It also has an optical sensor that detects the movement of the finger against a two-dimensional surface. A handy button at the bottom of the finger offers its possibility choices, just like the classic mouse button.
"3DTouch gives a futuristic role to the user's fingers, allowing them to successfully send commands to their computer without holding anything in their hands, selecting files or other data or even rotation of depicted objects" researchers describe behind the technologically advanced thimble.
