They refer to an incident where a bus driver was asked to find a specific snippet of text on a web page.
The girl started to scroll down looking for the particular quote on the website. When asked why he did not use CTRL + F, he replied that he did not know what it was.
The incident triggered Google's interest and conducted a survey.
Its results showed that 90% of users were totally ignorant, and most of them, nor could they imagine, that there was such a thing.
How is Ctrl + F:
If we are on a website and we are looking for something, we have two choices. We will procrastinate, searching one-by-one the pages of this site or we will search (whether or not it is available on the site).
