H Adobe κυκλοφορήσει χθες νέα patches ασφαλείας για συνολικά εννέα προϊόντα της. Φυσικά το Adobe Flash Player could not be missing from them, and they follow, ColdFusion Builder, InDesign etc.
One of the most critical patches is security update APSB16-39 available for Adobe Flash Player. The update addresses 16 errors security flaws in Flash, one of which could allow remote code execution if successfully exploited.
Adobe even confirmed that it has already seen attacks that try to take advantage of this vulnerability. It goes without saying that Flash Player users should give immediate priority to installation of the particular patch. The updated version of Flash Player is 24.0.0.186.
For Adobe Flash Player Desktop Runtime, Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Internet Explorer 11 η σοβαρότητα της ενημέρωσης έχει βαθμολογηθεί με “1” (την υψηλότερη βαθμολογία προτεραιότητας που διατίθεται στις επιδιορθώσεις της Adobe), ενώ το Adobe Flash Player για Linux έχει βαθμολογηθεί με “3.”
For users running Internet Explorer and Edge, the Flash Player update will be sent via Windows Update, as the application is integrated into Browser.
