Ο Elon Musk, Professor Stephen Hawking along with 1000 other researchers sign today's open letter of warning on autonomous weapons.
They are right;
The inoculation of today's weapon systems with technology artificial intelligence is coming. Experiments with neural networks and other AI constructs are already producing incredible results. This open letter was officially announced at the opening of the IJCAI 2015 conference today July 28.
