Η Google released the first version Android 14 Developer Preview earlier this year. After a series of Developer Preview releases and Public Beta, the company was expected to release the stable version of Android 14 last month.
However, the release has been delayed and the stable version of Android 14 could be released tomorrow.
Tomorrow is the event announcing the release of the new Pixel, so we'll probably see the stable one as well information of Android 14. These information were revealed by the Canadian mobile carrier Telus. The company mentioned that Android U (14) would be coming to all Pixel phones on October 4, 2023. However, it immediately removed this information. So, this is not an official announcement, but everything seems to be confirmed and reasonable.
Google will launch the Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro smartphones tomorrow at duration of its manifestation. It will also release the Pixel Watch 2 and some new colors for the Pixel Buds Pro. The Pixel 8 and Pixel 8 Pro will have brighter OLED displays, with the former reaching 2.000 nits and the latter reaching 2.400 nits. They will feature the new Tensor G3 processor, improved cameras and software update support for up to 7 years.
Samsung could release the Android 14 (One UI 6.0) stable update in October as well.
