Η Google released its fifth and final preview today Android 7.0 Nougat for developers, but anyone can try it.
Unfortunately for everyday users who want to try the latest Google OS, they will not see many changes. Changes focus on growth, and include:
system images for Nexus devices
an emulator for application testing
the final API of Android N
corrections and optimizations
