As expected, the hacker's court did not once again Hector Xavier Monsegur, also known as Sabu. His trial was set for April 2, but once again the government of the USA, asked the judge to postpone the date of the trial, until May 8, 2014. This is the sixth time that the court has been postponed.
"The Government respectfully sends this request and requests that the trial be adjourned until 2 April 2014 so that those concerned can complete their work," the request to Judge Loretta A. Preska reads freely.
Immediately after, the letter suggests as a date of executiontreatmentof the court on May 8, 2014 at 2:00 p.m.
Monsegur is known to have assisted and continues to assist the US government in cybercrime cases. His first "contract" was to capture his own LulzSec team. It is also reported to have helped the US government to hack foreign governments.
Sabu was arrested in June of 2011 and confessed guilty to 12 charges. However, prosecutors have kept too late his conviction. It should have already been condemned since August of 2012. Since then, his court has been postponing him all the time, and so he has arrived hopefully in April of 2014.
The last postponement date requested by the US government is very close. Could this mean that the government has almost finished with its services Monsegur;
We are waiting with interest for the fate of the hacker, who "changed his mind."
