The program Anydesk, which allows you to remote desktop a computer, is down as of 15:45pm today.
As of noon today, and around 15:45, it seems that the Anydesk online program is down worldwide. Reports of non-operation its exist from all over the world.
Informing it Anydesk program works similar to TeamViewer in that both can connect you to the desktop of a remote computer without needing to know the current ip of that computer. Each computer that runs Anydesk is identified in the company's online service and thus acquires an ID, that is, an identity. Connecting to it is simple as long as one knows only this ID (which remains constant) as well as the security code set by the user.
So you understand that in order for the Anydesk program to work, it must be connected to the servers of the manufacturer, but this connection is not possible for about 2 hours now and until the time of writing this article.
In the program window there is the relevant indication that Anydesk is not available, accompanied by a code damagebut which is different on each computer.
We expect to see if the issue will be resolved immediately as well as the cause of the failure.
Update : The service was restored at 18:45, completing two hours of downtime. The company has not yet done anything relevant information.
