Today, Apple officially announced its new operating system OS X El Capitan during the WWDC 2015 conference for developers. The company also announced that the specific version it will be released today to developers, and to the public in beta this coming July.
The stable version of the operating system will be released this autumn as usual.
Apple's biggest changes to OS X version 10.11 are unclear. The operating system has new security and stability features, as opposed to the OS X Yosemite's last year's embellishments.
Security was clearly top of mind for the Apple CEO Tim Cook.
But the new operating but security will be 4 faster in application time and as the company says the switch between applications will be twice as fast.
A quite interesting feature OS X El Capitan is also the mode Split View. Η λειτουργία δίνει την δυνατότητα εργασίας σε δύο παράθυρα που τρέχουν διαφορετικά πράγματα, ας πούμε δύο διαφορετικές applications on one screen.
Spotlight is also a new feature. With Spotlight you can search in more places within the device your data, such as your application data.
Apple is expected to add the Control Center panel, which currently exists only on iOS and OS X.
