Avira has just announced that it has released a new antivirus application for Android Appliances, which replaces the old Avira 3.0
New version of Avira has been completely redesigned and have been included new features. New updates are delivered in xVDF format and virus detection coverage has been drastically improved.
The application automatically scans your mobile immediately after the initial setting (animated graphics) and, according to developers, supports profile names and photos.
The “Remote Scream” feature has been renamed to “Remote Yell” and the users will now be able to try “Yell” and “LocateThrough the application. Also the "black list" has been simplified.
You can now download to Avira 3.1 for Android free through the Google Play Store.
Note that version 3.1 is fully compatible with most devices running Android 2.2 and above.
